As already mentioned (see press release dated 21 April 2011) Affichage Holding SA has discontinued its commercial activities in Greece. In this context, the Affichage Group is currently the sole shareholder of "La Strada Outdoor SA" and "Affichage Hellas SA". The latter will not continue its operations. The plan is to liquidate this holding hereafter.
